Hi, my name is Jennie Lukstat. I am a current agent serving the Lake Anna area and also a full time Lake Anna resident. My husband and I started visiting the lake in 1974 and decided that we loved visiting so much that we bought a waterfront lot in 1978. It wasn’t enough for us to just visit we decided Lake Anna was the place for us to be, so in 1985 we built our home. I have held a Real Estate license since 1974, and have been serving the Lake Anna area since 1991.

I am currently a Managing Associate Broker at Island Realty, also one of the founding members of the firm. Some of my accomplishments but not limited too are ; a million dollar agent, Honors Society Member for the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors, accredited buyer and seller representative , member of the Lake Anna Chamber of Commerce and in 2011 I was voted Best Customer Service by the Lake Anna Guide.

Lake Anna Island Realty is located on Lake Anna’s waterfront in the former Blount Realty building at the west end of New Bridge on Route 208. The office is open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
